Every piece is handmade which doesn't ensure an exact replica of the item purchased.  Please keep in mind there may be slight variations in color or texture, including the occasional air bubbles.  This is normal and part of the nature of Jesmonite.  We do ensure that every piece is up to our standard and you'll definitely be receiving a beautiful piece with it's own character and uniqueness. 

We seal all of our pieces with a process that includes multiple coats of stone wax which make the colors vibrant and pop, while also creating a water resistant barrier. Jesmonite is a porous material and will absorb water left on it, so to best care for your pieces and ensure longevity make sure to wipe away any spills with a soft cloth.  Pieces are not food safe and you should avoid eating from them and also never place in a dishwasher as it will break down and damage your piece.
